So it's been a minute, and we just wanted to let you know that we have been getting our fill of friends and amazing food in Japan, but we miss you all. So bear with us as we wind down our journey we look forward to seeing you all April 11th at high noon with Jazz from the @tomlowerytrio starting at 6pm and pizzas at 4!
It has been 13 years since we first opened our doors on our mashed up magic corner of Rogers Park/Edgewater in Chicago's oft snoozed on N N Side. It has been a mysterious courting process and let's just say we are still in love thanks to you who continually see us and support us in these wild times. SBK has rocked 101 iterations mostly born out of necessity including but not limited to a: venue, classroom, bakery, supper club, hot sauce/granola bar/pastry/bread manufactory, food pantry, and even a grocery store.
You ain't seen nothing yet! We do however need to take a break and figure what's next for the day to day operations at ye olde SBK.
It's good news we swear, and all that we ask is that you stay tuned!
